Maria joined the Solomon Search Group in 2010 after 12 years in the staffing industry. The Miami native is fluent in Spanish and well connected in the Miami social and business networks. Maria is search savvy and is able to see beyond the bulleted criteria. She thinks “outside of the box” for those hard to fill positions. Having serviced clients and candidates in the Legal, Clerical, Finance, Medical and IT fields, her current focus is in Legal placement of attorneys, paralegal, legal assistants, document review and litigation support positions.
